Imagine the surprise if you got back home and found a lion. A very hungry and huge lion waiting for you. What would you do? Well, our protagonist runs to the butcher and buy lots of meats to feed the lion. The lion is happy for a while and he gets along well with the homeowner as well as his cleaning lady. He keeps the house safe. However, he cannot help but long for his savannah and leaves. In a note he writes his host why he left. All are sad. The man receives a postcard from the lion and dreams about visiting him.

Little owl is asleep with mommy owl in their nest. All of sudden he falls off the nest and is lost. A squirrel who saw the sad little owl is going to help him find his mom. She is big, much bigger than little owl. The squirrel knows who it is and brings him to the bear. Little owl says “this is not my mom, my mom has pointy ears”, then the squirrel takes him to the rabbit, so on.. This is a sweet and funny story filled with beautiful illustrations.
