In the valley live three rich farmers, breeders of succulent poultry. Boggis, Bunce, Bean, the fat, the small, the skinny, ugly like lice, are petty, mischievous, and mean, and everyone in the neighborhood fears them – especially children and animals. Now, over the valley, in the woods, a family of foxes has established its burrow. Master Fox, Lady Fox and their four hungry and cunning foxes have found a clever way to refuel: Master Fox will quietly use the henhouses of the three friends. Plump turkeys and tender chickens appear every evening on the menu. But the three grigous meditate terrible revenge … Fierce, tasty and funny: the best Roald Dahl!
