In this flock of geese with plumage whiter than snow, life is happy and peaceful, except for a little goose who likes to wade in the slush. “Oh the ugly goose of the cra-cra pond!” she hears all day long. But every full moon night, when the fox emerges from behind the woods, it is never her that he pursues. “It’s because my feathers are gray with mud that he doesn’t see me at night,” she explains.
Immediately, the whole herd runs and throws itself into the muddy pond. With the arrival of snow, the little goose advises a new tactic: wash carefully in the pond. But no one listens to him. Also, when the fox appears on the snowy hill, it is towards the geese with gray plumage that he rushes. The little goose, invisible on the snow, takes his courage in both legs and knocks the dreadful creature down the hill to chase him away forever.
And this feat finally earned him the attention and recognition of his peers!
