Night after night, their books are gone and no-one know who is taking them. The little ones are distressed as there are no more books for their bedtime routine. The rabbit decides to stay up all night and catch the book thief.
A pixie-like creature is caught. he loves stories and the only way to read new stories everyday is to steal books. After promising to return all the books, the creature is allowed to visit a different den, lair burrow, nest every night to listen to a different story.
