The stories are short and very easy to read. Written with vocabulary appropriate to their reading level, and with a reduced and adapted amount of text, they keep children motivated and help them gain confidence. In addition to the short story, the book contains: advice to accompany the child in their first readings, the presentation of the characters, activities to prepare for reading, and at the end: “Did you understand the story well?” to give meaning to what the child has read and go beyond simple decoding as well as a section “And you, what do you think?” with little questions to “make you think” or simply discuss around the story.
