A nuclear incident has wiped most of the humanity out. 400 years despite the radiation fallout every person is born with a twin. A perfect Alpha and an Omega carrying some deformity. They live in an apartheid-like world in which Alphas share all the resources. Cass is an Alpha with a special power, she is a psychic and envisions a world in which Alphas and Omegas live together as equals. It goes against the current order and a problem persists.
